Bio

As a Charter Assistant at Camper & Nicholsons, Alessia Ambrosio supports both the Retail Charter and Charter Management departments, assisting Charter Brokers with client enquiries and charter arrangements while supporting Charter Managers with their day-to-day activities. With a passion for yachts, travel, and discovering new destinations, she is particularly drawn to the opportunity to help create exceptional itineraries and memorable luxury experiences.

Curious, determined, and eager to learn, Alessia enjoys working as part of an international team, developing her knowledge of the charter industry and contributing to the delivery of a high standard of service.

Background

Alessia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), specialising in Luxury Management, from the International University of Monaco. As part of her studies, she also participated in an international exchange programme at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Vancouver, Canada, broadening her international outlook and experience.

Her academic background in luxury management, combined with her interest in yachting and travel, has provided a strong foundation for beginning her career in the luxury yacht charter industry.

Experience

Alessia joined Camper & Nicholsons as an intern in January 2026, gaining first-hand exposure to the charter business and its day-to-day operations. Following this initial experience, she progressed to her current position as Charter Assistant, working across both Retail Charter and Charter Management.

In her role, she assists Charter Brokers with enquiries and charter arrangements, while providing support to Charter Managers in their daily activities. This dual exposure allows her to develop an understanding of both the client-facing and operational aspects of the business, while learning from experienced colleagues and building her expertise within the industry.

Alessia speaks Italian as her native language, is fluent in English, and has an intermediate level of French.
